Carrying on from he and Marluxia's fight

The sound of his gauntlet hitting the ground was deafening. Albel stumbled and attempted to regain his footing, as he stared at the Runealogical device on the floor. He growled low in his throat and raised his sword to his opponent, his stance lower and wider then it had been previously.

"I'll have your Entrails worm!"

Albel darted forwards again instinctively starting to sidestep across the battlefield. It was obvious however to any trained individual, that he was off balance on his left side.

Albel's left arm was missing from just above the Elbow, the scythe had cut through the elbow joint that held the amplifier that Albel used to get mobility in that arm.

Albel growled in fustration, this opponent thought him so helpless? how dare he face the Captain of the Black Brigade with no blade!

Such fools didn't deserve mercy.

He continued zigzagging forwards, ignoring the change of terrain caused by the path to the door. The flower pot that was under the living room window, however, caught him off guard.

Albel attempted to correct his path to avoid sticking his foot into the plant pot, however, he overshot his correction and rolled over Marluxia back.

He lay on the floor, fuming as Marluxia spoke to him.

"..." he stayed silent, glaring up at Marluxia, unwilling to attempt to get up, knowing that it would be an embarrassing struggle in his current state.

Oooh I wonder who should interrupt their little... disagreement

"Well certainly far more enterprising than the standard dead weight in this place"

Crouching down Marluxia lay the Dahlia over his legs, left hand loosely gripped on the handle. His eyes flickered over to the plant pot that caused Albel's fall. Not one of his, but usefully placed anyway.

"Come now, continuing with this" he gestured to the weapons "is a waste of valuable time. I have what i needed from it"

Marluxia offered his right hand out to Albel.

I would apologise for Albel, but.. you know what he's like

Albel stared at the hand for a moment. Refusing it he grit his teeth and forced his weight through his stump of an arm. a pained anguish was muffed, but audible all the same.

Standing in front of Marluxia, the Crimson Scourge in hand he spoke. "Never assume that Albel Nox, wielder of the Crimson Scrouge is dead weight."

He walked toward the Gauntlet that lay on the floor and contemplated how he was going to pick it up and keep his sword drawn in case of further attacks.

Walking into the front gate of the garden Ib was happy to be home, she could go and see how Sabi was doing, maybe invite Garry over and then they could...

The pain of her foot hitting something metal brought her out of her reverie and her head shot up. A scary looking man holding a very long Katana appeared to be glaring at something on the floor. Looking down she saw the object she had kicked, sharp metal fingers connecting to a metal forearm. Then plated armour where the upper arm would be. Looking back up at the man she now noticed that his left arm was truncated above his elbow.

"Oh... um.." She breathed out an embarrassed blush colouring her cheeks. Crouching down she reached for the metal arm on the floor, whilst looking up to talk to him and blushing further from the angle of her view.

"Let me pick that up for you" Her voice was kind and soft.

Albel stared at the girl who had arrived. "....hmn" To those who knew Albel well would know that meant thanks, but it was nothing more than a grunt.

Albel watched as she picked up the Gauntlet, sheathing his sword in the process, his opponent had missed his opportunity to strike while he was unarmed. That and the Crimson scrouge was suggesting he calm down as well.

"I assume you live here as well?" he glanced behind him to Marluxia. " I need a place to stay."

I was expecting Albel to get mad at her touching the Gauntlet XD

Standing up with the metal arm was surprisingly difficult, it was really very heavy. Some how she managed it and held the arm out to the man in front of her smiling brightly.

" Yes, I have been here for a little while now. Wait you said as well.." Leans around and sees Marluxia standing much nearer the door, a smirk still gracing his face and his scythe dissipating into shadows.

"OH... um. Well there are still rooms here and there are a few other people as well, but i think most people are out right now.

Albel grabbed the gauntlet off of Ib, and turned towards the house, ignoring Marluxia as he kicked the door open, swaying slightly as he did so. “ good”
